THE ROLE
This role would suit an experienced Site Manager who is keen to manage detailed fit-out projects across a range of sectors in Melbourne. These projects include fit-outs in hospitality, high-end office fit-outs, retail and medical. You will work in partnership with a supportive team including the Project Manager, CA and PC. You will be running all of the day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are completed within time, cost, quality and in accordance with OHS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing supervision, coordination and leadership to all trades and labour
- Attend and facilitate project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety is adhered to on-site
- Regularly communicate with the PM
- Keep to the excepted quality standard within agreed time-frames

Qualifications / Skills
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Trade qualifications and a strong understanding of construction techniques
- Experience in high-end refurbishment, rebuild/structural and fit-out
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Robust negotiation, time management skills and attention to detail
