With expertise in the areas of Commercial, Industrial and Residential construction, this company prides itself on delivering a project from design to construction phase without compromising on its 4 pillars of Safety, Quality, People, and Process.

THE ROLE

The initial project in the CBD will be gutting and re-fitting a multi-level building and adding extra levels to the existing structure. Following the completion of this project, you will move on to a similar project also based in CBD.

  • General Site Management duties
  • Coordinate with all trades and subcontractors
  • Ensure the highest standards of OH&S are adhered to
  • Work with the Project Manager to keep the project on time and to program

Qualifications / Skills

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Prior history of working on Multi-level projects of significant value
  • Experience in Structures is KEY!
  • Ability to handle multiple complex and challenging projects
  • Outstanding communication skills as you will be dealing with people at all levels, both internal staff and external people.
