THE ROLE

This role would suit an experienced Project Manager who is keen to manage detailed fit-out projects across a range of sectors in Melbourne. These projects include fit-outs in hospitality, high-end office and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects through the whole process.
  • Coordinate site managers to ensure they get the best out of sub-contractors ensuring satisfactory completion of works.
  • Oversee contracts administrators.
  • Monitor and review programs.
  • Leading, managing and mentoring a small team.
  • Provide an exceptional level of service and value to the delivery process

Qualifications / Skills

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Proven history of relevant history as a PM in Interiors/Fit-Out
  • Experience delivering commercial fit-out projects with total revenue of up to $15mill
  • Established relationships with subcontractors & suppliers
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Suite skills, including Microsoft Project
  • Excellent negotiation & time management and high attention to detail
